Enclosure design, CAD/CAM, FEA structural analysis, and DFM-reviewed manufacturing drawings for hardware products built to survive production.
The enclosure is what users hold, what survives drops and vibration, what passes UL and IP ratings, and what your contract manufacturer has to build a thousand times without hand-fitting. It is also where mechanical design collides with everything else: the antenna that stops radiating inside metal, the board that will not clear a boss, the heat with nowhere to go.
Our mechanical engineers design housings around the electronics inside them, with PCB mounting, thermals, connector access, and assembly sequence in the first CAD model rather than the third revision. We have done precision-machined aluminum remotes, a 62-driver loudspeaker array, and wearable medical devices that had to disappear on a sleeping person's body.
Every design ships with manufacturing drawings your contract manufacturer can quote from.
Tell us the constraints: size, materials, environment, volume. We will design something your CM can build and your customer wants to hold.
